My room was spacious and REALLY clean. The beds were very comfy. All the staff were helpful throughout my stay.
There was no fridge in the room. It would have been useful , especially because I needed to keep medication cold.

i really liked the pool area at the hotel and it had a nice layout. the bed was super comfy and i slept very well. staff were polite and helpful, specially in the restaurant during breakfast. the prices felt quite reasonable for a luxury experience.
my room did not have a fridge and i think it would be a good addition.

the location suited my needs because it was by the motorway and easy to access. parking was ample and convenient for arriving and departing. overall the setting created a relaxed and stress-free environment.

the staff showed attentiveness across every department in the hotel, from reception to housekeeping. ruby at reception gave a warm welcome and her attitude was helpful. any requests that i made were dealt with efficiently, showing dedication.

breakfast offered a really great experience with a variety of choices to pick from. the food in the restaurant looked fresh and tasty. i found the meal i had delicious and very enjoyable overall.

I visited the restaurant for breakfast and the team offered fantastic service. The pool and games room were great for the kids. We booked the private cinema room and the kids loved it, it included goodies.
My partner's clothes moved from her locker into a different locker. We discovered her locker key opened all the other lockers, it was a master key. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet, I had to put a towel down.

My room had some issues, primarily with cleanliness. the shower was not properly cleaned. I noticed residue from previous guests. additionally, the promised toiletries were missing and had to be requested from reception.

I stayed over for a night. The staff were warm and AMAZINGLY helpful. The room was super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. I used the swimming pool and sauna.
I noticed the absence of a fridge in the room. It would have been helpful. The weather was hot, so I had to use the sink with cold water for drinks. I also needed it for medication storage.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a great range, it was very yummy. my kids loved the cinema room and the swimming pool. i do recomend this hotel.
the spa break lady on the phone gave different package details than what the hotel said, this were confusing. the machines in the gym were not working right and were not clean. the massage i had, it was cold between hot flannels and continuing the massage.

the breakfast was quite good. the location was excellent, only a short drive from the town centre. the parking was ample and convenient (free parking).
the carpet looked old. the bathroom was basic and not particularly clean. housekeeping did not service my room even after i removed the door sign.
